Hello to all,
I am Henri Charpentier, I am 30 years old and I live in Marseille. I am in couple and father of a little girl, pretty as a heart. I am a pure lover of life and I don’t hesitate to take a bite out of it.
For me, well-being and health are very important. It is essential to feel good about yourself on a daily basis, it is the only way to live and avoid existing. We must take care of ourselves while there is still time, otherwise who will do it for us?
This space will then be dedicated to sharing health tips, answers to wellness questions and especially to accessories to keep in shape. I will not follow a precise order for the themes, I will go according to my inspiration. But one thing is sure, I will talk about almost everything on this blog and it will quickly become your health ally 🙂 I will present my articles in several categories, the main ones being: drugs and addiction, diseases, weight loss, nutrition, sports/fitness, pregnancy, etc. I will also be able to tell you about discoveries and experiences that I think are important and can help you in your daily life.
